Weigh In Day!

I guess Wednsdays will be the days I post pictures and the weigh in numbers! Today in the gym was cardio. 20 Min on the eliptical and 15 min on the step machine and then I work on abs. I alternate days of lifting and cardio! 

Tip of the day: Choose Fresh fruit/veggies, then frozen, then canned. Canned veggies and fruits are your last option if needed. Kents Market ALWAYS has their frozen veggies for 99 cents. Stock up when you can, fresh can be pricey sometimes!:)
