I have sorta ate "clean" the last month or so but this week is when I do it full blown forever. 80% of weight loss is done in the kitchen 20% is done in the gym. Which means if your goal is to loss weight you HAVE to eat healthy! Its so much better for you anyways.. plus I like to think if I do it now and the kids grow up like this they may not be 24 yrs old and having to change how they eat completely. Hopefully it will just be a great habit I teach them!:) Here is a website that that explains Clean Eating to the T. Wish me luck!
